MGIC Investment is a holding company. Through its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Co. provides private mortgage insurance, other mortgage credit risk management solutions, and ancillary services. Co.'s principal mortgage insurance subsidiary, Mortgage Guaranty Insurance Corporation, was licensed in various states of the U.S., the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and Guam.
